Great views and scenery around. However, could not charge meals to room at restaurant. Also, I had an early morning flight (7.30 a.m.) to St. Croix and was assured by the front desk that I could order a taxi when checking out. Found out on the morning that the front desk didn't open until 7.00 a.m. The security did not know how to order a taxi. Finally they arranged for a staff member to take me to the airport. A resort on this scale should have 24 hour front desk service, and all areas which may come into contact with the guests should be knowledgeable about accessing services for the guests.
