Tolle, moderne Zimmer, ganz neu hergerichtet. Sauber, Holzboden, schönes Badezimmer. Alles perfekt, einzig die Lage an der Hauptstrasse kann etwas störend sein.

Wir haben die Unterkunft zur Durchreise genutzt, Check-In ist einfach über Code zu machen. Zimmer war groß und sauber. Sah alles neu aus.

L enregistrement de la chambre à mon arrivée,facile plus simple on ne peut. La chambre est parfaite, idem le wc, douche propre, la literie parfaite bien dormi. Le hic le bruit de la route, j ai pas trop dormi, on entends trop le passage des voitures, j'ose pas imagine avec le restaurant le soir, sa doit être très bruillant. J ai payé 83.- frs/ch c est entièrement suffisant, les 109.- d'origine c est bcps trop chére..

This was a top class property. The room and all facilities were modern, clean, and in perfect working order. The location is amazing - a short walk to the lake, a great walk around the lake, and a fantastic castle/museum just down the road. The only issues we had were: There was no Enlish version for the self-check-in process, so there was a bit of guesswork. This made finding our room a matter of checking all the doors with the access card. The email with the room number only arrived sometime AFTER we found the room. The pillows were far too soft - they did not support my head. And the coffee machine in the lobby did not work. However, I would stay there again - Great location and amenities.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer für 2 Wochen gemietet. Wir haben ein Zimmer bekommen, wo das Fenster kaum geöffnet werden konnte und die Läden gar nicht. Das heisst, im Zimmer war kein Tageslicht. Zudem wurden die Betten nicht gemacht, der Abfall selten entleert, die Frotteewäsche und Bettwäsche nicht ausgewechselt (in den 2 Wochen). Die öffentliche Kaffeemaschine hat grad einmal funktioniert, sonst war sie nie brauchbar. Wasser war im öffentlichen Kühlschrank immer vorhanden. Draussen überquoll der Aschenbecher vom Personal. Das Haus, resp. die Zimmer sind neuer renoviert und dadurch wirken sie einladend. Checking war einfach und durchdacht. Die Parkplätze gehören auch zu einem Restaurantbetrieb und waren an den Samstag Abenden voll. Am Anfang wollten wir für nächstes Jahr wieder buchen, aber nachdem was geboten wurde, haben wir das nicht gemacht. Alles in allem waren wir enttäuscht vom Service dieses Hotels.
