Our experience at Barsa At 9 on Canal was extremely disappointing. Upon our arrival, we couldn't access the unit we had rented. The lockbox that was supposed to contain our key and parking pass was empty. We waited for over an hour and made multiple calls to condo services, but they were unable to locate maintenance personnel or even the manager to provide us with keys to the unit.
Unfortunately, there was no one available to help us. After waiting endlessly, we had no choice but to search for alternative accommodation. This was especially challenging as it was a very busy week in Indianapolis due to multiple sporting events, and all nearby hotels were booked up. We ultimately had to drive out of the city to find a hotel for the weekend.
The lack of communication and assistance from the staff at Barsala At 9 on Canal left us deeply disappointed with their services. We will not be recommending this place to anyone and hope they can improve their service to prevent this kind of experience for future guests.

No heat
It was very clean. I had no heat from Monday to Thursday AM. I called multiple times and requested heat. Repeatedly, called the Barsala number. I expressed my need on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday multiple times. Until Thursday a space heater was delivered. Got a call back and a status update.
