The staff was very welcoming, and the hotel’s location is magnificent. Even though the room was small, it was sufficient for one night. There were a few issues with the fridge and noise during the night. The view of the parking lot isn’t the most appealing, considering the price.

A hidden gem

This mansion-like hotel is set in a quiet and peaceful atmosphere by the beautiful Lake Mégantic. The attached spa isn’t large, but it’s incredibly convenient and relaxing. The breakfast delivered to the room was beautifully presented, generous, and delicious. And the sunset over the lake is absolutely stunning. It is a little bit far from Montreal (2h45mins) but we definitely want to stay here again.

The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the addition of a well-equipped kitchenette made our stay even more convenient. Some suites even have balconies with breathtaking views of Lac Mégantic! The spa experience is truly world-class. The Nordic thermal spa, with eucalyptus steam rooms, jacuzzis, cold plunge pools, and a heated pool, provides the ultimate relaxation. The dry sauna overlooking the lake was a personal favorite, offering the perfect way to unwind. The red light therapy and massage chairs added an extra touch of indulgence. One of the highlights was the delightful breakfast delivered to our room each morning. Fresh croissants, fruit, coffee, and smoothies made for the perfect start to the day. The selection of wines available at the hotel was also a nice touch. The service was impeccable—friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. Gérante incompétente et se soucie pas des clients

L’endroit est magnifique, mais malheureusement la propreté de ma chambre ( la plus grande suite) en plus sale salle de bain douche sale , four micro-ondes pas lavé, toast dans le four, draps pas changé, poils dans le lit 5 et plus et gérante aucun intérêt ce que dit le client et j’ai payé plus 800$ pour une nuit et me faire dire que je mentais quand avant j’ai régler la note et après je lui ai dit la condition de ma suite et elle fesait que laver son comptoir et me contredire, un gros zéro, et je n’ai rien demandé de dédommagement en plus.
