Scam!!! Beware!!! Worst place to stay ever!!!
I message the property before my flight because I read all the negative comments, no response. When we get there it took us 1 hour outside the heat to get inside the building with our luggages. When we enter the front door there are 5 more doors to unlock to reach our room. No front desk to help us. Nobody! When we reach out to the property about how to get inside our room no reply. When we got to our room there is no bathroom in our own room you have to get out the hallway and put on the code to enter the bathroom!!! It’s really a hassle! We wanted to move hotel but the property can’t give us our money back! The rooms codes are all the same and it’s not SAFE!!! No housekeeping our bedroom, bathroom is so nasty and dirty, no trash pick up, no clean shampoo/ body wash, conditioner and toilet paper available! We have to buy our own! There is a fight outside our room that we can hear in our first night. Very unsafe and nasty!!! I accidentally peed outside the bathroom door because I can’t put the right code for the door. Very inconvenient! Worst experience ever!!!
No closet
No bathrobes/ no fresh towels
No housekeeping
No toiletries, no toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner/ body wash etc.
All rooms have same codes/ UNSAFE
No front desk/ property unresponsive
Unsafe there is a man knocking loud in the front door fighting outside our room late at night!!!
Bathroom is outside our bedroom. Hard to get in and out of your room and building
