This is the place to stay! The staff are top notch, the hotel is beautiful and the location is excellent. Love that they accommodated us a late checkout and let us use the changing room and showers after holding our bags all day so we were refreshed for a late night flight.

We stayed at Vida Dubai Mall for 4 nights, and it was an amazing experience! The location is perfect—right in Downtown and just steps from Dubai Mall. The hotel is new, spotless, and beautifully decorated for Christmas during our stay.
But what made our stay unforgettable was the staff. The reception team welcomed us with genuine warmth and handled everything out and beyond their way from our perspective. The restaurant team was just as impressive—remembering our preferences and making every meal feel personal and special. Their care and attention made us feel completely at home throughout our stay.
It’s rare to find a place where you feel so well looked after. We left with wonderful memories and would happily return.

The hotel is generally luxurious and clean, check-in and check-out are fast and they give you until 3 pm, its breakfast is good and it is distinguished by its wonderful location as it is located inside the Dubai Mall and through the elevators you can go to the mall via the Chinese market, but although its room is tidy, its defect is legitimate, which is that it is small and very similar to the rooms of London hotels

Our stay was wonderful, the staff was friendly, kind, and respectful. The room and the overall hotel were very clean. The restaurant service and the buffet service were good. We would stay at Vida Dubai Mall again.
