Unfortunately again, our recent experience at the hotel was disappointing. Despite booking a suite in advance, we were initially given a standard room.
When I returned to the front desk to address the issue, the staff member not only failed to acknowledge the mistake but also responded with an unprofessional and argumentative attitude. When I mentioned I would be leaving feedback, he dismissively said, “Daal dena feedback jaha dalna hai,” which was quite disheartening.
On the positive side, the room service staff were consistently polite, helpful, and efficient—they truly deserve appreciation 👏👏👏
Overall, unless it’s absolutely necessary, I would not recommend staying here based on this experience.

As a regular guest of this hotel, I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay. The staff's attitude was unprofessional and unresponsive, and the level of service fell far below expectations. The bedsheets were consistently dirty, which is unacceptable. Overall, the experience was frustrating and disheartening.
