When we first arrived, no one was at the front desk, but we weren’t too upset by that since we were early to check in. We came back later that evening and got our room, front desk was nice but not overly welcoming. On the first night, we noticed there was no hand soap in our room and the plug by the blow dryer/coffee maker didn’t work.
Second night we discovered a BED BUG in our bed and called front desk. They requested a photo of it, which we sent, and then they moved us to another room. Front desk was apologetic but not overly helpful to assist us in moving all our things, etc.
I have not yet been contacted about potentially reimbursing us for our stay or at least part of it due to the troubles. Hoping Best Western can right this situation…our stay wasn’t very relaxing. Only plus was the free breakfast which we did enjoy.
