I think I drew the short straw. The comfort room is on the ground floor. I had people walking past my room windows continually to get to the restaurant. There was a table and chairs outside of my room which was noisy and didn’t make for privacy. There is no curtain on the bathroom window - just frosting - so I felt uncomfortable at night with lights on. The lights from reception come through this bathroom window too. Not good for a solo older female. I believed the room was a step up from the normal room.

Letztes Jahr war es viel besser

Die Ankunft war die volle Katastrophe. Die Mitarbeiterin am check in war total unfähig Das ging so weit, dass es angeblich ein von uns gebuchtes Zimmer nicht gab. Erst auf unser Drägen und mehrmaligem Suchen im Computer hat Sie es gefunden. Die Mitarbeiterin wirkte einfach nur genervt. Das geht im Umgang mit Menschen gar nicht. Das gastronomisches Angebot war eher bescheiden. Speisen gab es gar nicht und die Kellnerin die uns 23 Uhr bediente, entschuldigte sich bei uns, weil Sie sich bei den angebotenen Weinen (es gab überhaupt nur 5 verschiedene Weine) nicht auskannt, da sie erst ab dem 1. Mai in dem Hotel arbeitet. In 3,5 Monaten kann man 5 Weine nicht kennen- für mich unverständlich. Ein Armutszeugnis. Das Spirituosen Angebot war eher bescheiden. Die Zimmer waren gut und auch tip top sauber. Das Frühstücksangebot ist reichhaltig. Hat sich zu letztem Jahr aber auch verändert. Gab es da noch frische Eier vom Bauern, so wird jetzt mit Eipulver gearbeitet. Das ist sehr sehr schade und senkt das Niveau meines erachtens sehr. Das Hotel hat eine top Lage mitten in der Altstadt.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in Erfurt in hervorragender Lage. Sehr schönes Zimmer (allerdings nur per Treppe zu erreichen ab dem dritten Stock; bei großem Gepäck oder ggfs. Mobilitätseinschränkungen zu beachten). Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Würde wieder kommen. Einzig negativ war die recht lange Wartezeit beim Checkout, was aber wohl auch eher an dem Gast vorher lag.

War ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Nach den negativen Bewertungen, waren wir uns unsicher. Haben aber trotzdem gebucht. Sehr nettes, freundliches Personal. Zimmer war sauber. Badezimmer ist wunderschön. Handtücher frisch. Frische Bettwäsche. Stand eine kleine Kaffeemaschine, Zucker, Milch dabei. Wir sind sehr zufrieden gewesen. Der einzige Minus ist der Teppich. Ist schon alt, aber trotzdem richt man gar nichts. Wir würden es beim nächsten Mal wieder buchen. Ist im Zentrum, haben aber nichts von dem Lärm mit bekommen.

Haben den Jahreswechsel in Erfurt verbracht und waren von dem Hotel begeistert. Das Haus befindet sich in zentraler aber dennoch ruhiger Lage. Von der nahegelegenen Fußgängerzone haben wir akustisch nichts mitbekommen, jedenfalls nicht in unserem Zimmer. Der Service ist aufmerksam und freundlich, die Sauberkeit, Geräumigkeit und Ausstattung des Zimmers haben wir als sehr angenehm empfunden. Ablagemöglichkeiten und Steckdosen sind in ausreichender Zahl vorhanden, was anderenorts oftmals nicht der Fall ist. Das schmackhafte Frühstück ist reichhaltig und gut sortiert. Das Hotel verfügt eine Tiefgarage, sodaß man sein Fahrzeug sicher und trocken abstellen kann. Die Zufahrt dorthin war etwas knifflig, was aber wohl eher am Navi lag, dafür kann ja das Hotel nix. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Bei nächster Gelegenheit werden wir gern wieder in diesem Hotel buchen.
