No bathroom lights... The TV didn't work... The refrigerator was disgusting... The bed was broken.. no trashcan... No towels .. floors had dirt stuck on them and the noise from neighbors was ongoing all night

Great accommodating staff super friendly. Room was not so great took an hr of running water before it was warm enough to shower. And the room was not properly cleaned .... Rag in the shower hair on sink and spills on floor

RUN If I could give zero star I would. This place was the worst most disgusting place I had ever seen. No matter what their website says do not believe it! Trust me! I am actually shocked that this so called business would even for a second think about renting out a room I the condition we got it . We checked in at 3pm and checked the heck out by 430 and that was way too long of a stay! First the lobby smelled like marijuana but that is no big deal and then you to put a refundable deposit still not a huge deal but once inside the hotel room was beyond anything you could imagine. There was not one thing in that hotel room even close to the value the deposit. As soon as we entered the room the smoke detector was beeping we called the front desk told them she said someone would come fix it but no one arrived, then we seen a guy who said he was a maintenance guy he simply said just take it down. So the nightmare of this place keeps on going and again it was beyond disgusting everywhere you looked. Let’s not forget all the tweakers in the parking lot and outside rooms. Take my word don’t even waste your money but if you do go ahead and book this place I guarantee you you will soon be leaving the moment you check in. I guarantee you all the “good” reviews for this hotel are from all the tweakers who have made this hotel their home!! The pictures I will share here will speak for themselves! This place truly needs shut down. When I left there I could not get in a shower fast enough!

No support from staff. Was kind of sketchy in the parking lot. Lots of people and yelling. Couldnt get ahold of anyone had to go to another hote.

Property did not match the photos that are on Expedia. The room was not clean and in very poor condition, unsanitary. Microwave was in poor condition did not look clean. Mini fridge was missing shelving, not clean, and an unknown substance was stained to the floor in front of it. Stayed on night because it was so late when I finally was able to go to bed. Requested refund for remainder of nights because I would not be staying there another night and because of the misrepresentation of the facility photos on Expedia and was refused. I will never stay at this facility again and recommend avoiding it at all costs.

There was nothing to like about this place. It was literally the nastiest room I’ve ever stepped foot in. There was black mold all around the tub. There wasn’t even a toilet paper roll. We made the mistake of opening the refrigerator… the smell that came from it made us all gag. We left. Checked out. Front desk staff offered nothing to make it right. I should have read reviews first!!

It was a very rough place. Looks like people just live there. I didn’t feel safe with my elderly mother. When we arrived in the room it had a bad smell. We looked under the covers to at the mattress. It was black! We left the key in the room and left to find a safer place to stay. Would not recommend this property.

We were stocked by people, the room had a hole thru the door and didn't close all the way. The room smelled so bad we didn't even stay there more than 5 minutes. We found another hotel.

Sticky floors and tile pealing up. Missing half the bathroom sink. No shower curtain.. smelled like mold and had mold and had mold in the bathrooms. And the lady at the front desk was buying drugs from and unknow person in the lobby.

Sketchy

We got to the property at 9:30 pm with the office closed. On the website, 10:00 pm is when the office closed. I called and was told office closes at 8:30 pm. The person lived on-site and came and checked us in. Most rooms are people who live there. A lady told us not to leave our bikes on our vehicle because they would probably be stolen. So we took them upstairs, because the ground floor was not available which I requested when I made the reservation. I made the reservation the day before, the desk person said she didn't get it until the next day in the afternoon. I got a message at 4 pm on the day of check-in that the first floor was not available.
