I had a fantastic stay at Palazzo Pandora! Great central location, easy walking distance to everything. Very safe and secure. Very peaceful and relaxing room! Incredibly comfortable bed! I slept so well. The staff here was very helpful and kind. Impressive luxurious rooms. Very satisfied with the breakfast, it was the perfect start to the day! We enjoyed the eggs, fruit, pastries. Variety of juices and coffee as well as cheeses and meats which we didn't try but it all looked very good.

Fantastic B&B, lovely breakfast layout. Room was lovely and clean and we had a great view of the square. Loads of food places and bars within 5 minutes of the B&B. Would recommend Tandem restaurant for great pizza and pasta, and Oak Bar if you want something which is not Peroni.

My wife losses a set of earings that was left on the side table, after the first day of room service. We asked the cleaning lady who only spoke broke english (fair, we were in Italy) and she knew nothing of them. Looked under all the furniture in the room (bed, couch, tables desks, chair) and they were nowhere to be found. Needless to say I am skeptical about them still being in the room.

Fantastic boutique hotel in central Napoli palazzo

We had a wonderful overnight stay at the Palazzo Pandola in central Napoli! The palazzo is a boutique property with five rooms, converted from a large home in an old building dating back centuries. Our suite was on the top floor with a balcony that overlooked the central plaza. The suite was spacious with a big sitting area and had very high ceilings. Both the bed and sofa bed were super comfortable. The hotel management met our every need, including offering helpful recommendations and providing very reasonably-priced car service to the airport. The location is superb, within walking distance of most major sights in central Napoli and Beverello port. In the morning, a breakfast of eggs, pastries, fruit, yogurt, coffee, juices, etc. is provided in a dining room in the palazzo. It was a superb stay that exceeded our high expectations!

The property falsely advertised the amount of beds in the room and refused to give any kind of refund when confronted about it. The building is very old and the air conditioning didn’t work. The main entrance is a very small door that you have to climb through and then you have to take a 100 year old elevator to get to the apartment. Would not recommend.
