The hotel and room are very nice. The service is friendly but inept. You can’t rely on the staff for almost anything beyond friendliness. Our dinner at Octavia was the single worst meal we have ever had in a restaurant but everyone was truly friendly. If you are looking for a very nice room, good location and NOTHING MORE this is the place.

My friends & I loved our stay here. The hotel is beautiful. Our room was the Contempo Queen. The interior was modern & full of warmth especially during the morning when the sunlight hits. At nighttime, the room was pretty dimmed given the light sources. Wish there was more lighting for the room at night. The beds were like clouds. The area is central, convenient & walkable to so many CDMX's hot spots. The staff is top tier, shoutout to Brandon & Alberto! We will definitely be back at Maison México Roma!! (This was minor, but there was a slight scent that we noticed in our bathroom. We also noticed this in the lobby so we just assumed it was a problem throughout the entire building at the time. Hopefully this was a temporary fix. We forgot to mention it. Despite this, we still loved our stay.)

We loved our stay here! The staff in particular were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The hotel rooms themself are beautiful, the bed was so comfortable, and the included breakfast at the rooftop restaurant every morning was something to look forward to. We’ll be back!

Incredible location Beautiful hotel
This boutique hotel was the icing on the cake to a wonderful weekend trip in CDMX. Modern industrial vibe , felt like we were staying in someone's apartment. The room with a king-sized bed, desk, ample space to unpack and beautiful bathroom was perfect for me and my friend. Located in Roma Norte it provided us with the opportunity to walk almost everywhere. All of our dinner reservations were within walking distance along with excellent shopping . Only a couple of blocks away from the ultra trendy and beautiful neighborhoods of Hippodrome and Condesa. Staff was friendly and helpful calling us taxis and proving prices for the trips. The breakfast at the hotel was a perfect start to the day, fresh fruit , yogurt, granola, fresh juice and coffee. And it was a beautiful view from the rooftop. Taco stands steps outside the hotel, and one off the best tacos I had that weekend ! 100% recommend staying at Maison Mexico.

What an amazing stay at Hotel Maison! This was truly one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. From the modern interior that is still very homey and welcoming, to the comfortable beds, airport pickup arrangements and amazing customer service, I can’t wait to come back! The hotel staff goes above and beyond to truly make you feel at home. Breakfast is included with your stay daily on the rooftop, along with a full menu available at the rooftop restaurant all day the restaurant located downstairs just off the lobby. Can’t forget the lobby bar with an amazing espresso martini as well! This boutique hotel felt very safe and is located close to so much food and shopping in Roma Norte. We spent 7 days here and can’t wait to come back! The team at Hotel Maison truly pour their heart and soul into this property and there was not a second that it didn’t go unnoticed! Thank you Anna and Adrian :)

Beautiful property and rooms. Staff and location were great. Only negatives were that it was difficult to find the entrance as we arrived for check in after midnight and the front entrance was locked. Also, the surrounding area can be loud on Friday and Saturday which should be expected of the neighborhood so I recommend bringing earplugs.

This hotel is beautiful ! The rooms are spacious and well thought out, with just the right esthetics. The staff was unbelievably amazing to me and my boyfriend, very attentive and informative. Apart from the service it is located in an excellent area for walking around and commuting to all of the tourist areas. I will definitely be back soon. 10/10

I recently stayed at Maison and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. The hotel itself was immaculately clean, from the lobby to my room. The only minor drawback was the lighting in the room, which could have been a bit brighter. Overall, I highly recommend Maison for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Style over substance. No AC in old section and no screens to keep out mosquitos. Hair dryers very poor quality. Electricity out for about an hour one night. No hot water one morning. Lacking in basic amenities- soap dishes in bathroom; shelf for personal items in shower. Only heavy duvet on bed. No other bed linens.

Overall I had a great experience at le maison! The room was bigger than expected and very comfortable. Breakfast and drinks on the rooftop was such a treat too. The staff were wonderful, gave some great tips and helped organized a tour for us. Thank you!

The staff at the hotel were so kind, helpful and friendly! They were accommodating and understanding and as a solo traveller, made me feel very welcomed! The property itself is beautiful, clean and well located. The restaurants are amazing-tried them both! Loved them both! This is really a wonderful hotel! Will definitely stay here again when I’m back in CDMX!!
