Good Day,
I am writing to formally express my disappointment with our recent stay at your hotel.
We booked a room for five guests, including three young children under the age of 10. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory due to several issues:
The bed in the room was broken and unusable.
The room was only supplied with two towels, despite being booked for five people.
The overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The mirror was dirty and had visible fingerprints on it. We also found hair in the bed, which we had to clean ourselves before putting the children to sleep.
When we brought these concerns to the front desk, we were met with an unprofessional and dismissive attitude.
Instead of resolving the issue, we were told we would need to pay an additional $25 for a portable bed—despite the broken bed and the fact that our booking clearly indicated five occupants.
This level of service and lack of attention to basic cleanliness and hospitality is unacceptable. It caused unnecessary stress and discomfort for our family.
I respectfully request that you investigate this matter and take the necessary steps to prevent this from happening to future guests. Given the condition of the room and the poor service we received, I also believe a partial refund or appropriate compensation is warranted.
I look forward to your prompt response.
Sincerely,
Boris
