They changed the hotel in last minute so had to book a new hotel in last minute costing me about $250additional on top of this booking so can you look into this and refund me amount along with coupon of amount I paid extra? Being Expedia customer, expecting some cooperation here. If you need detail of my new booking to process refund, let me know. My wife was so upset about the last minute change by hotel and this was our first time to Hyderabad so not good experience..
