Didn’t realize it was basically an air B and B and not a hotel until we arrived in Florence. So the check in process was difficult. Make sure you contact them and get all the check in instructions well ahead of time. The room was nice and clean and the location was excellent

We couldn't have asked to be in a better location to explore Florence. Dafne was very responsive and, when we had a problem with our key, she took care of us immediately. The room was lovely and easy for my daughter and me to get ready at the same time. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

Fantastic location & a super friendly Vanesa. Outside the room its a bit noisy at night but it’s a great location so that’s 100% forgiven. It’s also up 4 flights of stairs but the lift takes care of that. Well recommended.

The staff are so nice and accommodating. They allowed us to extend our checkout by an hour, free of charge. We also brought our small dog, and she was made to feel welcome. The apartment is situated right in the centre, which is super convenient. It’s spacious, has a washing machine, dishwasher, and a working kitchen. The shower has good pressure and they provide great shampoo and body wash. The only cons are that the wastebaskets in the bathroom are small, the shower sometimes didn’t run hot, and the air conditioning only works in one bedroom. If you’re travelling with a family, keep in mind that while there’s two bathrooms, only one has a shower. The apartment also has a sitting area by the window (outside of the main rooms) which is really peaceful and great for peace and quiet as well. Overall, an amazing stay and we would definitely come back when we’re in Verona again.

Great location - you will be in the center of Florence. Walkable to any destination in Florence. Although it’s not a hotel - it’s B&B. No front desk. Elevator is super tiny and a bit scary but works well. Stairs had lights on only on our last day, atherwise if you return home late, make sure you have flashlight. Mattress and pillows were very comfy, but bed frame was horrible and making all kind of noises with every move. Overall very clean. Location is the best! Also they give coupons for breakfast - useless. This place will value each coupon as about €2.5 and it varies depending on the person at this restaurant. All things considered - bed frame and lights in the building entrance - need to be fixed. Then it will become almost an ideal place.
