Great location to kitesurf, walkable, a little expensive, great breakfast. Only 1 issue during the stay when the front deask was asked to have the maid clean the room, and upon return it wasn't done They quickly fixed it and had the maid come to clean.

We have stayed here twice now. It is in a good location, very central and just across from the beach. The rooms are a generous size with a decent size fridge/freezer which we appreciated. Breakfast was ok, staff friendly.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was fine except for very very few electrical sockets. A one socket plug on either side of the bed, meaning to plug in a device required unplugging the lamp. Still for the price and the location near the airport, the hotel is fine.

It is quite large so you may have to walk a lot, but the beach is not even 100m from the entrance and its such a pleasant beach to swim, relax, have a fresh fruit juice pr coconut. I loved my 12 night stay at Nai Yang Resort and Spa. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The room was always clean & stocked with everything I needed. Breakfast was great & the pools were clean and relaxing. The location is perfectly located to the beach, food, and shopping. The rate on my room was really good & I’m definitely planning on returning in the fall. This was one of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed at. I’m so glad it was affordable. I hope they keep the prices low! Khao Khun Kha!
