Staff was very friendly. Room was clean but had several minor annoyances. Valve in shower to select faucet or showerhead did not work properly. Ceiling fan sounded like it has a bad bearing.

Great lazy river and water slides fun for all. Very laid back and relaxed fun for all. Plenty of shade around pool and river area

The grounds were beautiful! The feel was very low-key which was exactly what we wanted. The amenities were the stand out of the property though! The locker rooms with steam rooms and saunas and the pool were amazing. The JW Marriot’s pool next door was wonderful (which you can access while staying at Lakeshore Reserve). Bed was comfy and the patio was very nice!

Great place. I was at a conference next door at the Ritz/JW Marriott. This was a wonderful hotel. Family-friendly, the food options were decent for vacationing (a mini-mart with pizzas, a restaurant). The pool was awesome for children to play, although not good if you want to do laps for exercise. All in all a more affordable place to stay that's not as crowded as the places next door that are fancier. I want to go back and bring my kids with me. Ideal for families, esp. with young kids like mine.
