Arrived at the property on a Saturday afternoon. My unit was on the 2nd floor. Found the door to the stairs locked, no code to open was given. The contact phone and email address didn’t answer. Ended up getting a hotel room in town for 2 nights. On Monday I reached the property manager office and received a code for the door to go upstairs. Got to the property and got upstairs to the keybox of my apartment. The code provided for the keybox turned out to be wrong and after contacting again got the right code and could finally access my apartment. A request for refund for 2 nights remained unanswered.
