Avoid at all cost!
The hotel was horrible! But what do you expect for CHEAP! Going in and out is a hassle as the main door is locked and you need to wait for security to open it to exit, and coming back hope she is there to open it or you have to wait. When they do open it for you either in our out it’s like they are doing you a favor and the facial gestures are very unpleasant. The receptionist lady is terrible very cocky and totally rude attitude again like they are doing you a favor! The room A/C didn’t work very well it was told to them and did nothing about it, the lamp bedside light had to be unplug because i was shocked several times. The only thing good about this place is the location! It’s close to everything in centro historico. Don’t listen to YouTuber Tropical Pao who is a Salvadorean YouTuber who was obviously paid to give that place God send reviews. The hotel location is perfect for the noisiest location as it’s located right in front of the local market. Hot water wait for it, it comes out eventually! If you can dodge this place and afford the Cadedeu which is located in the heart of centro historico it’s best you do that! People are more friendly and actually appreciate having a job! Can this place shape up absolutely with the right staff and better door service and room maintenance! Again don’t believe anything YouTuber Tropical Pao says because it’s obvious she is paid for a BS astonishing review from establishments and hotels. Ah also found a cockroach in the bed lining !

Perfect!
The staff greeted us with smiles and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The room was clean with a lovely view and a comfortable bed.

Nice beds, but that was it. Lots of problems there
So here the problems: 1. The curtains are not dark enough, meaning you will not get a good night's sleep 2. The internet is dreadful 3. When you go and explain that the internet is not working, you will get someone shrug their shoulders at you. Not good customer care 4. There is no lobby, feels like a set of rooms rather than a hotel 5. They do not store bags for you, there is literally a sign that says they don't. All hotels I have ever stayed at store bags for a few hours after checkout Beds are comfortable though

Comfortable bed
The bed and pillows are super comfortable, hotel is clean, right in the middle of el centro histórico very walkable to restaurants, the national palace and library are practically around the corner. There are no elevators, the staff is friendly and they carry our luggage to the 3rd floor. There's no parking. We stopped on front of the hotel with the car hazard lights on then they take you to a near by parking building to park. The hotel is perfect if you are out and about all day because it is loud during the day. It was quite at night. We had a good night sleep.

Great Central Place
Not sure why this hotel has got some negative reviews. For the price and locstion I couldnt fault it. 2 large very confortable queen beds, balcony, recent shower room refit, nice samsung tv, friendly staff. I only saw my room which was 205 for reference. I recommend it highly

Good enough
Great location, centrally located in the heart of old San Salvador. It has good security, and the parking area was secure, a short two blocks away. I'm glad I chose this hotel in spite of it but quite meeting my expectations. Communication was difficult since none of the staff knew any English. There was no daily service, I had to empty my own garbage bin. Room was very small, and the bed way to soft for me. A fridge would have been helpful, but I was able to keep medication in the fridge at reception.
