Excellent location. Staff lacking old school traditional hotel hospitality culture. Hotel focused on visitors coming to hotel bar and patio, that generate a little bit of avoidable noise. The Expedia VIP 85 euro voucher was apparently converted into a 36 euro amount to be used on final food and beverages bill. When at bar, I requested a room service club sandwich to be taken to room, but nobody offered to bring tray to the quarters, which I ended up doing myself (and no napkins!). The best: silent air con in room and delicious breakfast, albeit very little explanation of what the offers on menu consisted of. The hotel, that is a gem, must request a dress code. Sloppy underdressed guests and visitors do not honour the exquisite venue. If these issues are not addressed adequately, the whole charm of the experience will become a mediocre ordeal.
