The Cliffe at Dinham looked lovely and was looking forward to a nice couple of nights, i emailed the hotel a month or so before to request a room with a bath (requests need to be sent directly to hotel) when we arrived i noticed no bath so i went to see if there was anything they could do but i got the owner who was not happy that i had booked through hotels.com and said they didnt reply to emails which to me is very poor communication skills and they need to alter their website to let people know. Even an acknowledgement of the email and to say either way would have been great. We normally stay at the feathers which will be our preference in future.
