Beautiful rural setting, quiet and peaceful. Not easily reachable by public transport. If you have a car, no problem, there is free parking. Room was nice and big. However window was too high to look outside which felt a bit awkward. Staff was generally very friendly and helpful.

The property was convenient to stay for the night before flight home from Bergamo Airport. Room was clean and comfortable…little in the way of hot beverages. A bit disappointed with restaurant menu, not a lot of choice and because it was quite busy we were put in the small cafe like room to the side of dining area…which was beautifully presented, our table and chairs were not. Staff very friendly and pleasant but we felt we were forgotten about because of the room we were in

Hotel looks great online but it was really disappointed. When we checked in our room did not look as good as the photos. It was a hot day and the air-conditioning was not working, the room was so hot and stuffy. We approached the receptionist who told us to wait 30 minutes as she has reset the aircon. We waited an hour and nothing but hot air. Went back to receptionist who told us she could not do anything further as the supervisor was not there and we had to wait for the supervisor to return. I insisted that she call the supervisor and she did. They said they could not get someone out to look at the airconditoning until Monday as it was weekend. There was no way that we would stay in a room. I demanded to leave and not be charged. The receptionist had really bad service, she was inexperienced and did not care. We were told that we we would not be charged and we left and found a lovely hotel river front which was even cheaper, had lovely views and airconditioning.

4 estrelas? Jamais! Coloque no preço o custo do deslocamento do aeroporto e para o centro. A diferença é de 2.000,00. Então não se iluda com o preço inicial anunciado. Além disso, você precisa pagar extra por tudo; sauna, bicicleta que é só o que o hotel oferece em termos de entretenimento. Comunicação difícil, alguns funcionários totalmente inexperientes e sequer entendem inglês. O café da manhã é dispensável, de tão básico. Os quartos são espaçosos, boa cama e boa roupa de cama. O box do banheiro tem tão pouco espaço que é preciso cuidar pra não bater nas laterais quando é usado. O hotel promete transfer do aeroporto e depois da reserva feita comunica que não tem mais o serviço.Sons estranhos de madrugada como roncos e gemidos são ouvidos nitidamente. Entao, atenção. Reserve próximo do centro pagando um pouquinho mais e você não se arrependerá. Pontos favoráveis: a boa comida do jantar, a limpeza e o espaço dos quartos. 2 estrelas somente.
