Room is standard for business hotels. Facilities are great. There’s a Lawson inside the hotel that really helps out when you’re exhausted. Hotel staff was also super helpful whenever needed. Would recommend!

Very friendly and welcoming staff. They were extremely helpful as it was our first trip to Japan. Hotel is convenient location near convenience stores, and train station. Quiet area not in the middle of the city. Not walkable distance, have to train or taxi to busier areas. Room is small but that seems to be normal. Hotel also provided basic items for guests to use

Not a good choice for family
The size of the room was smaller than I expected. It was totally different what I could see on the website. The room shape of my room was a bit weird like L shape which I couldn’t open my luggages properly. The most terrible thing was about the carpark. I did drive with my car, but one of the staff in the carpark was so rude and couldn’t speak any English. Also, you couldn’t drive out within 2200-0700. You need to tell them when will you estimate back to the hotel , this point was also ignoring. I did pay for it, why there was so many restrictions about that?
