I stayed here a few times in the last 3months while working in Wichita. I stay 7days each trip. This trip I arrived after 2am, checked in and went to the room. The room was dirty! I notified the front desk, but no other rooms were available. I didn't leave because now it's 3am and I have to be up for work in 6hrs. So, the next morning, I tell the front desk again. This time I happened to be speaking to the manager. She had the audacity to say, "If it was that bad, I would have left." She acted like I was being dramatic. She didn't offer a solution, so I told her I was checking out. She tried to charge me $299 for the room. She was so rude and condescending. She should not be a manager. In the room, there was blood or a rust brown stain on a pillow, someone's false lashes in the carpet, crumbs and toothpick on the floor, no bedside lamp with extra outlet and a lot of dust. This is the 2nd time a room was not clean at this hotel. The first time I received an apology and I was moved the next day when a room became available. I will never stay there again because of the "manager," not the dirty room.
