The breakfasts legendary - fresh yoghurt, honey, fruit, spinach pies, cheese and walnuts, eggs, fresh coffee, avocados with honey, fresh orange juice. And that happened every day. After a refreshing dip in the plunge pool looking at the snow capped mountains, The host is an absolute star - makes brilliant quince jam - available from the little honesty shop on site. He also bought my mum ingredients to make the jelly she loved. A great spot for spring flower hunting. Dont miss the monumental 3000 yr old olive tree down the road too.
