Good apartment let down by terrible customer servi
Awful customer service, locked out of the apartment due to batteries not being checked/changed in door locks. Took approx 3 hrs and multiple phone calls to get it sorted.

We had booked Kew Bridge, but the previous patrons ruined the room so we were offered a smaller listing at a different location for the same price. I took it because of the location and the promise that we would have an extra bed in the living room. We got there at 9pm to find no extra bed and a loveseat too small to sleep on. The staff answered my call promptly and said they would send out a cot. I wasn’t able to receive any calls back because my phone wasn’t local, but someone showed up 2.5 hrs later with a small barely padded camp cot that was supposed to be for an adult. I received a follow-up email, and staff tried to be prompt, but receiving a 2 bed 1 bath listing with a camp cot instead of a 3 bed 3 bath listing was disappointing to say the least. The listing in Ealing would have been tight, but sufficient otherwise. It was well equipped and a 5 min walk to the tube.

Visit to Kew
Only 2 tiny issues, the wifi code wasn't witten down and the door code was 9 digits, so had to get emails up every time we wanted to enter the apartment. Being picky the apartment was beautiful very quiet and relaxing. Would definitely stay again. 10 minutes walk to Kew Gardens and 5 minutes to a train into London.
