Avoid Milestones Motel! My experience here was terrible. The staff was incredibly rude, especially at checkout. Five different people knocked on my door and called repeatedly, making me feel harassed. To make matters worse, the owner’s family was loudly fighting early in the morning, disrupting my sleep. It was far from the relaxing stay I expected. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Have stayed in a number of different lodgings in the Collingwood area so was pleasantly surprised to find the room very clean and had a sense of it being well cared for, given the outside is very basic motel looking. Chose it because of comparable pricing. While it is centrally located on the busy main highway, once in the room it was surprisingly quiet. Location good as number of restaurants nearby. Had little to with staff other than checkin. Would certainly consider staying there again.

Good Motel for short stays. Stayed for one night. Was good value for what we paid. Bathrooms could use an update but that would only increase the price. Sheets and towels clean. Nice 100% cotton fluffy towels. Metal key locks. Easy check in and parking. Good location to restaurants and amenities. Like that it had a fridge and microwave.

Stayed overnight 1 night, bed was a little hard, room temp hard to get right on old air conditioning/heater with no number (‘C) values. Place was clean, had fridge and microwave. Easy TV with lots of channels and free wifi. Perfect for the price. Right beside beautiful waterfront trails.

Person behind desk was confused about expedia booking, not very helpful, Room old but ok, bathroom wall was cracked around tub therefore did not use it.Badly needs renovations and could at least have glassware in room and possibly coffee ot tea as an option.

Over all our stay at this property was average. I asked the property owner for an extra towel to be left in the room before we left for the day, he said yes. When we returned to our room later in the afternoon I noticed the extra towel I asked for was not left and we also noticed both waste baskets were not emptied and the emptied pizza boxes where I placed my banana and orange peels in was not removed from the room. I went to the office to ask for the large towel, the owner told me no. He told me he left towels in the room for 2 people, I told him I noticed but I would like 1 large towel for my hair when I get out of the shower in the morning. He did not want to give me an extra towel, he finally gave me 2 extra towels. If I did not insist for the towel, he would not have given me the towel. I mentioned the garabage was not removed from our room and my husband was doing it now. He had nothing to say to me about that. I found the property owner very rude. We also noticed the ash trays outside of the rooms were not emptied or cleaned daily, we don’t smoke. We enjoyed walking all over the neighborhood while staying for 2 nights at the motel.

Such a great location for our one night in Collingwood. Food options nearby, easy to find, easy to park. The rooms were simple, clean and had everything we needed. Our room was at the back, so quieter than the rooms facing the main street. Would definitely stay there again.
