Overall we had a pleasant stay. When we arrived they could not find our reservation, this does not surprise me because it was hard booking a room online or getting someone to respond to my emails. I finally booked a room on Expedia yet they still did not see my reservation. However, the staff was kind and did give us a room, we only had to wait a few minutes.
There is no iron in the room so make sure you are prepared for that. There are also no wash clothes provided. And mostly there is going to be just 1 towel in the room.
The cost of the room does include meals and the food was good. The stay was nice and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Don’t stay here!
1. Requested 2 rooms that were adjoining. I received an email from Blooming Suites saying my request WOULD BE be honored. It was NOT.
2. Only one room was ready at 5:00pm when we arrived. They offered me a room on the other side of the hotel from my sister and husband. NO thank you! I asked for an adjoining room for a reason: I was traveling alone overseas in an unfamiliar setting. Waited TWO hours for a room. Finally called the desk at 7:00 PM who didn’t know if a room was ready yet. Later someone knocked on my sisters door and moved me to a room next door: NOT ADJOINING. The ONLY reason I chose this hotel was because they offered adjoining rooms!!!
3. The front desk had a difficult time finding my reservation. When they found it, they were unsure if I’d paid. What?!?! If they cannot work seamlessly with Hotels.com, then give it up!
4. Dinner is served at 7:00 pm. We showed up at 7:00 and were seated. The 3 of us decided to order off the menu instead of the buffet. The first 3 items that we asked for was unavailable. We asked what they DID have. She pointed the items out to us and we made our choice. BUT we weren’t served until 8:30! We sat and sat! We were NEVER offered water, drinks, bread or anything as we waited and waited!
5. The entire service team was untrained and unprofessional. A nice hotel will eventually go under with workers who don’t know how to greet and help their patrons from the time they drive in, to the time they leave.
