Horrible !
Moisissure au mur, appartement humide et odeur plus que désagréable ! Ne devrait pas être loué ! A rénover très sérieusement ! Le frigo n’était même pas propre ( probablement un produit laitier qui a caillé).. enfin très mauvais séjour !!

We had one problem, which was that the balcony door in the apartment was broken, so we had to go out to the balcony from the bedroom window. And the towels were few, not enough for one day out of a total of six days. Other than that, everything was very good 😊

The Check in is very late, at 16h. Even though, the flat was not clean and ready until 17.30. The reception staff was not very friendly and looked bothered by any question. The flat itself is good, there is enough space and equipped with basic kitchen utensils. However, it needs an upgrade. The heater in the bathroom is hanging on 1 screw. There are no soap dispensers that work. There is only soap, and no shampoo. Area is not the fanciest, but I didn't find it very bad either. Very close to train station and close to the city center. Walking distance to the city center.

Très déçus de notre séjour, les photos ne correspondent pas. Il y a beaucoup de malfaçons, beaucoup de choses ne fonctionnaient pas comme le lave-vaisselle, la télévision, le radiateur…et aucun technicien n’est passé après l’avoir signalé à la réception.Le logement n’était pas propre(baignoire, toilettes, sols…)

Poor housekeeping
The property itself is very lovely- a beautiful view. We arrived to the flat which smelt off and had an unusually bad lingering smell. Opening a window luckily got rid of this. But when closed came back. We notice the bathroom did not look like it had been cleaned and found various hairs in the shower tub- we then followed to ask the man in the reception, notifying him of the bathroom and requesting for it to be cleaned. As we were on our way out to go explore he had said this would be done now. When we arrived back later in the evening- no cleaner had come and the bathroom remained in the same condition which we were not happy with. As we were leaving the next day we decided not to say anything further but we were not happy.

Two Days in Brussels
Very pleasant stay in Brussels. Extremely quiet building with friendly and helpful staff members Only a 15-minute walk to the historic center of Brussels. The neighborhood made me feel like I was back in the Middle East amongst friends.

Terrible WIFI and uncomfortable bed
This was an experience to say the least. When We arrived at the property check in was smooth and helpful staff. Huge room and adequate kitchen equipment. However within an hour of being there the ceiling in the bathroom started leaking and it had clearly not been the first time there was this issue: we rang support and they said give it an hour see if it stops. It eventually did stop after we mopped it out with our towels. The WIFI DOES NOT WORK, they tried fobbing us by saying they were having maintenance done but that is lie. So don’t expect WiFi. And bed is very very old and not comfortable. If they changed their beds and got WiFi I would reccomend.

J’ai passé 4 jours vraiment j’ai chosue y a une fuite dans le douche nettoyage de la chambre tu doit payer et le tele ne marche pas internet trop longue persque ne marche pas la qualité confort/prix faible

Do not stay at this hotel. Go elsewhere.
Do not stay at this hotel. Only 1 star because we can’t rate it zero. Dangerous area for pickpockets & we were robbed and injured opposite the hotel. Hotel is run as cheaply as possible. Would not stay at a Smartflats hotel again. Almost every guest has trouble with the almost illegible entrance number pad which should be replaced. Instructions are vague, because you can’t read all of the button characters. Other guests had trouble accessing key security box as no one was on duty at reception. No one on duty in hotel from 6pm to 10am. Telephone assistance was inaccurate. VERY slow internet.Only one of four elevators works. Only one person on the service desk to assist but didn’t when we asked for more toilet paper. He said the hotel had run out and more would be in “tomorrow“. It wasn’t, so we went out and bought our own from a nearby store. Bedding was okay but a spring in our mattress kept one of us from sleeping. Strange stains in the plastic shower floor. The drapes on the window did not reach the bottom of the shelf so we had to place jackets and bags there to keep the early morning sun out. A 1st floor fire escape door was left open one day, so anyone could have entered the hotel from neighbouring buildings. Go elsewhere.

La habitacion no era como la de las fotos al reservar. El check in confuso x las claves de entrada que te dan acceso hasta despues de las 4 y no indican desde el inicio que el hotel al lado te puede guardar las maletas, fue un poco estresante. Caminar al centro esta relativamente cerca y a la estacion de trenes. La calle es amplia, aunque la zona no es muy bonita y la senti un poco sola por las noches.
