Need to fix access keypad.

Regret booking this hotel. Area feels unsafe and key pad for access to hotel most hours of the day doesn’t work properly. Door left open at back emergency exit at all times. Good points: Room was basic with large desk. Great shower. Would not recommend or stay again.

Habitacion con chinche

La habitacion esta llena de chinche ni seclrs ocurra ir a este hotel se lo comente en la repcion y no hicieron nada, me quise cambiar de hotel y al comentarles el problema no me dejaban alojar tuve que irvsl hospital el hotel sabe el problema que tiene ya que encontramos trampas si ruedas las csmas

Calidad precio inmejorable

Apartamento cómodo, equipado y limpio. Está a 10 min andando del manneken pis, a 15 min de la gran plaza y 20 min a la estación central. Ascensor funcionando, había wifi pero lenta, agua caliente casi inmediata, cortinas opacas en buen estado, cama limpia y cómoda de 180cm, menaje de cocina para dos completo y kit para limpiar vajilla (jabón, estropajo y trapo). Hay que llevar sal, aceite y demás si quieres cocinar. Por poner alguna pega, la puerta del baño estaba rota y no cerraba bien pero no ha supuesto ningún problema porque estábamos en pareja. Y otro han sido las sabanas y el edredón, si la cama es de 180 no puedes poner de 150 porque quedan cortas. Por lo demás todo perfecto.

Amazing

Huge spacious apartment for 6 friends, came with a spacious balcony which made our trip as the sun was shining the whole time. Beds and towels were clean. 15 minute walk into the centre which we did not mind and used like scooters / just walked it. Extremely worth the price.

Pas d’eau chaude

Appart correct ( nous ne nous sommes pas servis de la cuisine). Literie de bonne qualité. Par contre séjour de 3 nuits et pas d’eau chaude Échange par mails réactifs et sympathiques mais problème non résolu alors que signalé le premier jour. Heureusement qu’il ne faisait pas froid!

Apart ok

The place was well located, close to a train station, which allowed us to travel around the city. There was a Brazilian market nearby, which was great, because we were able to buy a lot of things that we needed. It was also close to pizzerias and other restaurants, but be careful, the neighborhood didn't seem safe, it was dirty and had a lot of graffiti. The apartment is very large, all the rooms are big, it had a refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, and kitchen utensils. What I didn't like was the mattress in one of the bedrooms, it was very uncomfortable, it was a spring mattress and it was sinking, which caused a lot of back pain. It seemed strange to me that a large place with everything you need would have a mattress in such poor condition. The cleaning wasn't the best either, the floor looked like it had been swept, but they didn't wipe it down with a damp cloth, so there was a lot of dust on the floor, it wasn't recommended to walk barefoot around the house.

Dommage l établissement est proche du centre et des lieux touristiques. L appartement est spacieux. Mais toujours pas de wifi. Les avis etaient déjà dans ce sens il y a un mois. Tringle à rideaux arrachée, les rideaux sont en boules dans le placard du bureau. Pas de cafetiere, télévision qui ne fonctionne pas. Lit de grande taille mais ressort du matelas défectueux.

Apartamento grande, confortável, com boa cama. Em questão de espaço, perfeito. Quando chegamos um dos elevadores parou de funcionar e quando saímos, 4 dias depois, ele estava ainda quebrado. Wi-Fi, TV e aquecedor, nenhum deles funciona!!! Importante saber! Limpeza não era das melhores, encontrei um pacote de camisinha aberto e havia cabelo na cama que não era nosso. Podia ter sido melhor.

Cheap and not very cheerful

Apartment was distinctly average. TV didn’t work, WiFi didn’t work, 1 lift didn’t work, hairdryer didn’t work and the bath had no plug so, you guessed it, didn’t work. In a dodgy area but close to the centre. Good if you are on a budget and don’t care about the property. By other reviews it seems these problems haven’t been resolved for a month.

Cómodo pero nada recomendable

Sin wifi, ni secador, ni tele que funcionen. Durante los 6 días de estancia, uno de los ascensores no funcionó en ningún momento, y el otro estuvo inoperativo 3 días. Lo peor es la dejadez para solventar cualquiera de los problemas, más teniendo en cuenta que estábamos en un octavo piso y había gente mayor. El apartamento en sí es bastante amplio y cómodo, pero la valoración global es pésima

Complete disappointment.

Honestly just didn’t feel like I got my moneys worth nor did I feel safe. The door was faulty, it locked but was moveable and could’ve been broken into. The description did not match the reality of the room. The hotel’s WiFi isn’t working and they failed to inform us of this. When asked about compensation they said they have a no refunds policy and that was the end of it. The building wasn’t clean: graffiti, trash bags on the floor, rubbish on the floor. It is not at all in a nice area, we were attacked right outside the hotel which isn’t their fault but it says a lot about the place it’s located. One of the bed side tables was broken, and there was hair in the shower when we got to the room. Honestly very disappointed.

Elevators broke suddenly without prior notice!

Everything was fine in terms of room condition and cleaniness. Until the check-out time where I was on the 6th floor and had 2X20Kg bags. All elevators broke down! I wanted to catch the bus so I carried them all down by myself. This is very terrible thing to happen! At least they should have mentioned earlier that all elevators will stop!

Chambre avec rideau arraché, télé qui ne fonctionne pas, ventilation cassé très bruyante, porte de douche qui ne ferme pas, pas d’isolation, bruit extérieur et voisinage, Literie non confortable avec ressort sortant du matelas, couette inexistante
