We visited Early June 2025 at this resort and there's several things to address;
The hotel address from Hotels.com and website did not give valid address and we ended up at another address until I had to stop at a café shop to ask where the hotel was which is accessed by road right under the bridge.
Upon check in, we weren't given information about the use of the facilities at the resort.
At the beach, we learned gotel guests only have access to the far right area on the beach. Where as the residents have access total access to all areas be booking and reserving spots per day.
Beach is great with alot of rocks and people's so bring water shoes.
Its very busy with mostly only locals.
Resturant is okay but pricey compared to the other restaurants in the area.
The "spa pools" you have to pay for access each day and have to pre book because when we went to the front desk to pay and go in, they told us it was fully booked and we cannot use it for the duration of our time at the hotel. Which this information was never given to us at check in nor does it say at time of booking online.
Pool is small and full of children, did not use.
Alcohol drinks are good.
We stayed in a apartment style room which is far to the side of the resort. No room service was given for the 6 days. Had to call desk 2nd Day and request towels and linens. Then on the 4th day, they told us it will cost $20 euros for another set of towels.
Hotel staff needs to be more attentive to their own hotel guest
