Do not book you here through Expidia or any other online booking website. During check-in they pretended they could not see the reservation. We should have taken that as a sign but given it was almost midnight and in a new town to us, we showed them our expedia booking and persisted they give us our room. At check-out the next day, the staff aggressively demanded that we pay in cash because the credit card expedia provided declined. We tried to explain the stay was prepaid through Expidia and they refused producing a fake email from Expedia instructing them to charge my card. The lady called her colleagues surrounding us and aggressively coerced us to pay extra in cash (over and above what we had prepaid on expedia).
Then when I filed for refund through Expedia showing evidence of payment, expedia is now taking me in circles lying that the hotel said we upgraded the room which is a big fat lie. We never requested for an upgrade and they are only saying this to avoid refunding the money. I do not know if the owner of Morena is aware of what his front desk staff do to steal from customers and harrass them but if you can, avoid this place at all cost and certainly Expedia.

Unprofessional staff. Issue with hotel and Expedia bookings. Staff demanded i pay directly to them at check out, even after showing them Expedia recipet and booking confirmation. Felt like a scam. Rooms are run down, bathroom dirty. Staff was called to clean room while i was in the room. Not recommended.
