Location, location, location!

Phenomenal location, steps from Rialto. Junior Suite Room is small and basic, but the bunk beds allowed 4 grown people to sleep in comfort. Customer service was responsive. Bathroom is newly remodeled, but small with nowhere to set anything. We had a hanging shoe organizer and used it to hold our toiletries in the bathroom. Included a terrace that looked over the alleyway. AC worked well.

Great location for getting around.

The hotel location was perfect for walking and the water bus stop for all of Venice was right there. The beds were comfortable, room was small but normal for Europe standards. Bathroom could use some work.

We traveled in multiple cities in Italy (Rome/Florence/Milan/Venice) and this hotel was the worse! I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone!!! its in horrible condition, rooms are very very small, very old and outdated. It is not the cheapest hotel pricewise but definitely not the nicest one. Location wise it is good but I would never ever book this hotel again.

Very bad room service ! Bathroom wasn't cleaned and bath towels weren't changed during 3 days. Wifi signal very weak and almost not available. Neighborhood's noise is highly audiable. Staff is not very reactive. The hotel is near of ponte Rialto, very good place.

This hotel is very dirty Their bathroom was new, however looked very badly because they don’t clean it properly Room decoration was old, I didn’t like it. The bed mattress was so hard I woke up in pain They don’t have elevator I guess you won’t find elevators in Venice buildings Breakfast was bad as well Nothing seemed to be made daily I wrote them to get information about transportation and never replied to me They don’t have a 24hrs front desk I left at 5 and none was there I had to leave a note to check out We stayed for 3 nights and it was about 1000 $, so it’s not cheap I don’t recommend you to stay there

God beliggenhed lige i centrum

Kan varmt anbefale dette hotel pga. dets beliggenhed i centrum. Et minut fra Rialto-broen og fem minutter fra Markuspladsen. Vi boede tre voksne på det røde superior værelse - lidt slidt, men rent. Der er hårtørrer, men medbring hår- og bodyshampoo 😉 Vi talte med tre forskellige personer i receptionen, der er døgnbemandet, og de talte alle tre godt engelsk og var virkelig servicemindede, venlige og imødekommende. Morgenmaden var ok, men der kunne godt skrues lidt op for afrydning og rengøring i morgenmadsrestauranten. Men vi var alle tre enige om, at vi gerne kommer igen. I can warmly recommend this hotel due to its location in the center. One minute from the Rialto Bridge and five minutes from Piazza san Marco. We stayed three adults in the red superior room - a bit worn, but clean. There is a hairdryer, but bring hair and body shampoo 😉 We spoke with three different people at the reception, which is staffed 24/7, and they all spoke good English and were really service-minded, friendly, and accommodating. The breakfast was okay, but they could improve on clearing and cleaning in the breakfast restaurant. But we all agreed that we would love to come back.

Frukost utbjudet var begränsad och sista timmen fanns nästan inget kvar. Vi fick ett rum på femte våningen och det finns inte hiss, bra att tänka på det speciellt om man har stora väskor, trapphuset är smalt! Vi hamnade i en nödsituation och personalen i receptionen hade svårt att kommunicera med räddningstjänsten.

No frills good for a budget. Close to Rialto

Front desk was average as far as friendliness goes. Room was fine. Shower was great. Outlets next to the bed which was great. Probably wouldn't stay here again though. Would choose somewhere with an elevator. Which of course was my fault for not checking. But within 1 minute of Rialto Bridge and less then 10 to St Mark's square so location was great.

Ok for a short break

Brilliant location, we were able to walk to everywhere we needed to go including the train-station. Plenty of restaurants and landmarks nearby. The receptionist that checked us in wasn't helpful with an issue that we had, however the receptionist the next two days was great and couldn't help enough. The room was clean, but tired. There is a kettle, but no cups. Bathroom clean, but a flickering light. The safe and patio doors were faulty, but fixed later on the second day. When we noticed the doors wouldn't lock we requested to be moved to another room or 2 doubles until they were fixed, as the safe also not working and the terrace lead to an upstairs and ladders to downstairs, but told no. Rooms were available as we made another booking to check and got right up to the payment part! Overall we were happy with our stay and can see past the small things, however the worry of leaving our cases unsecured to get some food for the children who had been travelling all day outweighed the positives. With a little diy it would have been a perfect review, as the location itself would be enough warrant the cost. Without stating the obvious... another room until the faults were fixed would have probably made this review an excellent one!

El hotel te proporciona lo necesario para una estadía tranquila y a media cuadra del puente del RIALTO. La habitación que nos dieron fue la 25, con un estilo único. Gracias por la ubicación. Sin embargo, es decir como en el sexto piso, sin ascensor. Es importante tener presente esto si van con equipaje grande.

All though the street it is on - which is narrow and run down- the hotel and rooms are very nice. Clean and tidy and with good amenities. Very convenient for the water taxis at the Rialto bridge, which is very busy, but great for getting around. Lots of good food outlets only a few minutes away.

Veldig sentralt. Ligger midt i sentrum av alle turist attraksjonene. Enkelt å komme seg til og fra flyplass. Selve hotellet er ganske slitt, men sjarmerende. Alt i alt funket det fint for oss som bare skal sove der. Veldig enkel frokost, ikke noe mer enn det. Knapp til toalett var litt ødelagt til oss, men fikk det til å fungere.
