Overall it was good and we slept well in the end which is the main thing. However:
- We couldn’t use the aircon as it smelled very strongly of sewage
- considering the main purpose of a hotel room is to sleep, we were surprised how bright everything was. There seemed to be some kind of safety light in the bathroom which we couldn’t turn off and this illuminated our bedroom, there were glowing lights on the light switches, light came in past the edges of the curtains and the fire exit sign had a very bright glow - so difficult to sleep
- despite having a bathtub, there were no taps to fill the bath! Meaning we had to fill the bath from the showerhead which took 30mins and by that time, the water had cooled, also not very eco-friendly as we had to run the shower for 30mins.
- the shower head also leaned to one side meaning the floor was wet everytime
