The breakfast place should open earlier, open at 7 am is a bit late. It’s not convenient for some guests that have to leave the hotel early morning. The foods at the breakfast place always ran out and empty. The staffs should fill up the food and should not leave them empty. I came to have breakfast at 9.15 am, many foods run out and not been filled up. I feel like I don’t have things to eat, a very limited menus left. The egg corner closed very fast. The guests who come after 9.30 am cannot have the egg menus. The staffs at the breakfast place are not that much hospitality. It was not worth to pay for a breakfast at this hotel.
My son was very sick from an influenza, he cannot go to the breakfast place. I asked the restaurant staffs to allow me to pack some small foods and bring some to my son, but the staffs did not allow. So, we decided to threw away the breakfast coupon ( even we already paid for it.). This was so bad and not hospitality. No Omotenashi. ☹️
