It was good in general but i guess the location was not OK, as you can't sleep at night due to cars and trucks sounds, the windows is duoble glass but the rims are wood and they dont close well, the tiles of the bathrooms are slippery and dangerous. Parking area should be paved and guarded.

We arrived off the bus at 8am and were shown to our room even though check in wasn’t until 2pm! This was great as we were able to freshen up for the day. It’s right next to the bus station which is very convenient and easy to get into the city.

I do like some of the staff not all when it comes to customers service and the attention, they need more training how to handle issue, from the house keeping Huda and her mother are the greatest team and customers service skill happy for them for the extra miles. Genel olarak iyi bir otel ancak konum itibariyle sanayi çevresinde Terminal karşısında yer alıyor. Onun harici konaklama, otopark konusunda sıkıntı yaşamadık. Ancak Trabzon'un genelinde olduğu gibi kaldığımız zamanda Arap turist yoğunluğu buraya da yansımış epey bir Arap turist vardı.
