The staff were amazing from Jeanmarco who took care of us to greet us upon arrival and Pina as well as other staff members continued to provide excellent service from the 1st we arrived until we departed. Nice place with all needs covered. Only thing not so good is too many children at this quiet hotel. It should rather be a +16 hotel, as too small for loud children. Also a bit pricy at the pool bar - water should be offered at much cheaper price if not for free. Otherwise excellent place.
