Great hotel if you are visiting the parks, just a short walk away and you get a good view of the park from the rooms. Breakfast buffet was extensive, we loved the French toast! Room was clean and spacious, room service was good quality and reasonably priced. Would recommend and return!

Amazing staff, service, bed, room and it was clean and comfortable. I’d recommend this hotel if you’re going to Osaka and wanna be close to Universal Studios. It’s about 5 min walk to universal studios, which was perfect! Loved the minion team they have at the hotel, it’s cute and neat. The breakfast was good and a lot to choose from. Well worth it to have eaten something before going to the Universal to experience that. I love that you can do your laundry too by yourself.

Very convenient for USJ and train station. Room looked a bit tired in places. Staff very helpful. Balcony not accessible and no windows to open which was a shame. Water, ice and fridge great.

Had a great 2 night stay while visiting Universal Studios. Easy walk to Universal City and the train station, The room itself was spacious and came with its own humidifier so the sleep was immaculate. Will definitely recommend if you are visiting Universal Studios Osaka
