The first night they gave us a room without working AC, apparently there was a problem in 10 rooms, mine being one of them. The manager told me he was going to write an email to Hotels.com in order to compensate that night. Haven’t heard from him since or Hotels.com. The next day they gave us a room with working AC. The staff is the best part of the hotel, very welcoming and friendly. But the hotels is old, well taken care and clean, but the bed was very firm, the tub could use and upgrade, the linen and towels need to be changed, and the pillows are a joke, I’ve never seen pillows so thin and useless.
