An Inexpensive Motel
Our stay was pleasant, as were the staff. Although recently renovated, the bathroom had only been painted so steel fittings were old and rusty, and the grout/sealant needed bleaching as it had black mould on it.
Most of the charging points and some sockets were not working, or had the tiniest charge going into them - not enough to actually charge a phone.
A couple of queries prior to our stay went unanswered. There is not enough parking for one car per room. No breakfast is available though there’s a breakfast restaurant across the street.
The bed was comfy and the linens clean. Price was the main driver for us and it is inexpensive for Berkeley.
