A lot of promises, too little action
To begin with, upon our stay we chose the eco friendly plan and we were told the housekeeper would only come once in our entire stay. Adding to this, we experienced TV issues for two days, and were told we would be compensated for our troubles with a voucher for breakfast every night at the hotel, with a worth of around $50. We told him we don’t normally eat breakfast, and asked for a food voucher for anytime instead. We did not receive the vouchers we expected, given we were told we would receive 50$ worth and only received 10$. And adding insult to injury, when we went to complain at the front desk about the housekeeping not being done once in our stay, we were not compensated and the manager was THE LEAST helpful. Overall, very little commitment from the staff to give guests a nice experience, promised things they later do not fulfill, and clean their hands of any issues with guests by doing absolutely nothing.
