All the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had family arriving the day of the family wedding and we requested early check in so they could get ready. Spent a night because went to see Rodeo in Banning on sunday sept 7. The hotel is closed from a busy road but we had a standard room opposite of this road so it was very good. Microwave in the room which is getting unusual now in usa ( according to me). Staff was nice and professional
