Hotel isn't much near Ueno Station the best way to come here is Tokyo Metro Subway, Ginza Line. When asked for helping about airline information, the front desk didn't help much, told us to contact airline by ourselves, which was quite different from our previous hotel. The room was too tiny, no space for walking or opening the suitcases were difficult. The semi-double bed was too small for two people. We got this room for 88 USD/room/night, which wasn't cheap for this small room.
We lived here for 4 nights 5 days (2 rooms for our group). They didn't even change the bedsheet, no cleaning just made the bed but no new bedsheet. When we got back to the room, we had to call the front desk for tissue papers and new coffee cups 'coz sometimes they didn't change it for us. We got rash and itched when slept here. Wifi service was poor, many times we had to switch to use mobile data instead.
This type of room (standard semi double bed), give you only one small pillow, two cussions. One day of these 4 days the maid left the red cussion on the floor as the picture we posted here and another day left the used cup and trash as in the picture.
We posted the nearby station for anyone who choose to stay here.
