No sleeping here
First of all, we were put in a two bedroom suite that overlooks the freeway and alley. It was extremely noisy and we did not sleep well. I told the lady at the desk but she said yeah and no further arrangement. The next night was just as bad. The dresser in the master bedroom had a drawer that wouldn’t close and I was afraid someone would hurt themself on it. There were no usb ports to plug things into . The parking was horrendous. We were charged for overnight parking yet there was absolutely no parking. I found out that families that were affected by the fire were staying there and some had 3 cars. I demanded they take the parking fee off and they did but this was probably the worst hotel we ever stayed at. My husband felt that we should have received a refund and I agree. I can’t believe
