Completely careless about the customers
We've been here during Christmas for a couple of days. Overall, I would say, it is an average hotel, not four star for sure, but it is okay (with some emoloyees whom behaviour was really dissapointing and unacceptable: the arrogancy of the waiters were outrageous and also it was very odd to see that the receptionist was working while she had extremely sickness, and once she realized that we are there, just simply swiped off all the used tissues from the table to the floor...and then served us: as I result, I got the flu as well afterthat:) ).
The main problem was the extremely ignorance of the staff regarding of our complaint: as I attached, we had problems with these bugs on the second day. I've mentioned this (also shown) to the staff, where they said, as this was our last day, we should raise the case to hotels.com. We did it, the agent says that we will get response from the hotel within 3 days: it was more than a week ago, and still nobody get in touch with us, which is a bit upsetting. It is an old building, obviously pests are happening but if the hotel would really care about their reputation, they would handle the case on the spot, not to put the responsibility on the agency. So I would really appreciate if this would be taken care.
