Check in process was horrible, the property owner never sent me the contract ahead of time, so I was waiting over 2 hours to check in.. No hair dryer in the room. Which makes no sense.

Front Desk manager Linda A. is totally dishonest and will tell you whatever to get you booked into the property. I specifically asked if our room had any carpet stains (as I read many reviews that spoke of carpet stains in their reviews) and she told me, "No, there are no stains in our room." Upon entering the room stains were clearly evident in both bedrooms and the living room. They were disgusting and the first thing you saw when you got out of bed each morning. The hotel service personnel also use the guest elevators as there are only two elevator banks. The service people do not seem to care about guests and rush to get into the elevators as soon as doors open regardless of amount of guests waiting. They also rush out when doors open not even letting guests exit first. This was totally rude! While our view was awesome so many other things (cost of parking and daily resort fee, lack of sufficient elevators for a hotel this size, poor condition of room furniture, rude female pool attendant who spoke only Spanish and would not allow guests to take 2 towels each to put one on pool chairs,) all took away from our guest experience that I do not recommend this property to anyone. You can put lipstick on a pig but it is still a pig!
