The front desk associate was the only friendly person we encountered during our stay. Service at the bars was terrible—at the long casino bar (by the big screens), we sat for 20 minutes without being acknowledged, while the female (with a messy bun)bartender immediately served a regular who arrived after us. We just got up and went to another bar, we then had to flag a gentleman (bald guy) down who also wasn’t approaching customers, our drink prices were inconsistent ($36 for two drinks vs. $22 for the same order later with a different bartender). —Bloody Mary and Bay Breeze for reference
The valet service was overwhelmed, with only two associates handling about 40 cars, leading to about a 45 minute wait and making us late for our event. The worst part? After checking out on the tv, I noticed a bloodstain on the bedding—after already staying for two nights. I pulled all the bedding off so that I knew the next person would at least get clean sheets. And hopefully not go through what we did.
For the luxury suite price of the room for two nights, we expected a lot better experience. We will absolutely not stay at Caesars again.
