Bob has an office that doesn't work on weekends and outside of business hours... and this makes things very difficult, because after getting the apartment key with a code you can't find the apartment, since the building is big. ...we had to go out onto the street and look for another entrance, with the cold and luggage... after managing to speak to Bob's employee, we learned that it is possible to access the apartment by changing the elevator... in short, simple things that an attendant available in the office when the guest was arriving would solve it. You need to stay there all the time, the guest would advise the approximate time of arrival.
As for the apartment, I found it small and with large armchairs that make the circulation area even smaller... we were there for a week and not a single day was the building's hallway cleaned... and finally, at night, the indirect lighting in the apartment makes it very dark. Our suggestion to Bob is to include a clothes dryer on top of the washer. The location of the apartment is exceptional for anyone going to Helsinki...
