My wife and I felt rather unwelcome in 21c Hotel; we were clearly not the hotel management's preferred clients. This hotel is overwhelmingly geared toward the homosexual community and we were made to feel like second class citizens. We found that the front desk staff were generally unprofessional in terms personal presentation and demeanour. The elevators are slow. However the room that we stayed in was clean and quite well maintained. The self-parking garage is nearby, safe and reasonably priced ($10.00 per night).
