Some equipment like the floor carpets are getting old. otherwise, the hotel is very well kept.
Staff is super kind: saying hello, smiling, making way. One gardener came to me, asking if it was ok for him to mow the lawn behind our chairs (he needed five minutes, asked for permission).
In the restaurant though, there was a big number of staff but ineffective, running all directions, unorganised.
For one evening I had to go in person to the restaurant to make my reservation for the evening dinner, as on the phone, the first person reached refused to passed me the restaurant (?). So I made the reservation in person, at the restaurant. but coming back at dinner time, the staff member had not put my name on the list, and it was a big mess to give me and my family a table.
