am writing to express my deep disappointment with the handling of a recent incident during my stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my belongings were stolen from my room, and the way this matter was addressed by your staff has left me feeling extremely dissatisfied.
When I reported the theft to the front desk, they were polite and understanding. However, when I requested to speak with the manager, Ms. Raj, her attitude was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Despite claiming to take theft “very seriously,” her dismissive tone and accusations were both uncalled for and blamed be by saying that I am not honest bitt line they didn’t give me owners information I would like to speak with him and police so far never attended
